- Responsibilities
Large International Company based in Newport requires a Technical Support and Customer Service Engineer to join their Domain Technical Support Team.
Role will be to provide Technical and Customer Support to European Sales Companies regarding PBX and related products. Will produce and distribute Support documentation and maintain and improve Support IT Systems and assist in the creation and publication of training material for the implementation of a Web based PBX Pan European Partner Program. Will work confidently at all levels of the company structure to resolve any customer issue.
Applicants will ideally have an HND / HNC or equivalent in an Engineering discipline, however more is placed on the examination of applicant's track record. Applicants must be fluent in the use of appropriate software packages such as Microsoft Office Suite. Must have first class verbal and written communication skills and it would be an advantage to have a background in web administration and a sound understanding of modern communications systems including PBX and IT.
Some travel will be expected as part of this role.
